How does the One Timer plan work?
By purchasing the One Timer plan you receive 1 event credit. By creating an event you redeem this credit. You can always purchase more credits.
What payment methods do you provide?
We accept Bancontact, SEPA direct debit, all major credit cards, and payment upfront.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can add your own domain to an event website if you have one. You will have to add DNS records given during the setup. You can find more information here. If you don't have one you can register one in the setup of the event.
Is there a minimum contract term on the Hall Pass plan?
Yes, the contract length is 1 year.
Is there a bulk-buy discount?
If you organise more than 50 events on a yearly basis contact Us for info.
